Dennis,
Thank you for the wonderful job you did repairing my chair. It feels more solid and comfortable than the day I bought it.  I know this repair was more time consuming, involved and expensive for you than you originally planned.  Please know that I truly appreciate your conscientious efforts on my behalf.  When your people delivered the chair the other day I thought I would cry.  I was certain it would be another day or two before it would be ready for us to pick up from your store.  As you know, I really need that recliner for my back.  Unfortunately, I was without it for so long that my back was useless and I did not know how I could help my wife get the chair into our house.  Having it delivered when it was bordered on a miracle. Thank you again.  I cannot stress how happy I am with the job you did repairing my chair.

The stool was donated to the 2009 Shaquille O'Neal LIfe Skills Golf
Tournament at the Carter Plantation, September 11, 2009.  Shaq liked the
stools so much that he could not decide whether to take them home or leave
them for the auction.  Dennis will make some more stools for Shaq.
