Diane and Mike Chidlow purchased the old Grenadian Hotel in 2005 located in the heart of downtown Grenada with the intention of opening a coffee shop and bakery. Whilst remodeling, they decided to expand to a restaurant with a Cajun theme. Thus Orleans Coffee Shop and Bakery began.  

In early 2007, the opening hours were modified. At this point the opening hours were modified to exclude breakfast and include fine dining in the evening. A license to sell beer, wine and spirits was obtained to complement the food and the name was changed to Orleans Bistro.

Customers can now dine on some of the tastiest seafood dishes and excellent steaks in the comfortable family atmosphere and enjoy live entertainment on most weekends.
