Mandy Bell acquired her early dance training under the instruction of Amy Byram of Jackson
MS, Kent Hisaw of Grenada MS, April James of Chicago IL, and Kathy Hull of Nashville TN.
Mandy trained is ballet, tap, jazz, and theatre. Her dance focus was theatre and jazz.
After college Mandy continued her training with Memphis Ballet studying advance ballet and
pilates. Mandy studied hip hop under Chris Taylor in Nashville where he advanced her in the
DDO talent agency out of California. DDO Talent agency won her opportunity to work and train
with Beyonce international tour, Broadway’s Lion King on tour, Carnival Cruise, and the pilot
for Dancing with the Stars, Broadway. Mandy performed and toured with Nashville’s Big Ideas
as a female lead dancer and Nashville Brass Band as leading female swing dancer. While is
Nashville Mandy trained under Christopher Wayne in Salsa, East Cost Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba,
Foxtrot, and Waltz.
Mandy Bell has choreographed for over the past 12 years to all ages. Her work has been seen in
New York Macy’s Day Parade, New York 4th of July Parade, Hong Kong Lions Parade, Pigeon
Forge TN theatre, Branson MO theatre, Disney World, Carnival Cruise, Mississippi, Florida,
Chicago IL, Minnesota, and scheduled to be in Australia 2010.
Her achievements consist of owning her own dance studio, choreographing and training first
place solo competitive dance in Contemporary and Hip Hop, first place regional Show Choir
competition, and Dancer of the Year in Mississippi of 2001. She is also certified in aerobics,
pilates, and yoga.
Mandy is continuing her education in Counseling to attain a practice using movement for
therapy, in addition to her dance studio.
